On arrival

Store lyophilized vials cold and away from light; pre-filled pens refrigerated. Inspect the shipment on delivery.

Returns & replacements

Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials we cannot accept general returns. If a shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we will replace or refund it.
